Rummy Chocolate Cake" and "Bacchus Chocolate Cake" were jointly developed with Lotte with the hope that customers will enjoy the winter-only Western-style chocolates "Rummy" and "Bacchus," which have been loved for over 50 years. When it first appeared last November, it became a hot topic on SNS and other social networking sites among "Rummy" and "Bacchus" fans and lovers of Western liquor, and many stores sold out. This time, in response to requests, it is being re-released for a limited time.

Rummy Chocolate Cake

The charm of "Rummy" is expressed in a fresh cake with luscious rum raisins and raw chocolate mixed with mild milk chocolate. The cake is made with the same rum raisins and rum as "Rummy" in pursuit of the "Rummy" character.


The cake is layered with "milk chocolate ganache" mixed with rum and rum raisins, and "milk chocolate mousse" with a touch of rum. The top surface is finished with a cocoa glaze to resemble the color of Rummy. The alcohol content is 3.0% (calculated value).

Bacchus Chocolate Cake

The charm of "Bacchus," a mellow cognac covered with milk chocolate, is expressed in a fresh cake. The cake is made with the same brandy (60% cognac) as "Bacchus" in pursuit of the "Bacchus" character.
