・ CUPKE Summer Tiramisu (using coffee jelly)
Tiramisu with coffee jelly for the summer. Hokkaido mascarpone cheese is used, which has a unique milky feel and richness like fresh cream. The price is 270 yen (tax included, same below).


・ CUPKE Summer Mont Blanc (using waste-style milk jelly)
Montblanc squeezed with a delicate marron cream that melts in the mouth using chestnut paste. The inside is refreshingly finished with whipped cream and waste-style milk jelly, and is topped with 1/4 astringent chestnuts. The price is 295 yen.


・ CUPKE Summer strawberry tiramisu
Sweet and sour tiramisu with strawberry sauce inside. Domestically produced strawberries are used as toppings. Uses Hokkaido mascarpone cheese, which is as rich as fresh cream. The price is 315 yen.


・ CUPKE Melting cream strawberry short
A sponge with a good texture using butter, a strawberry sauce with a flesh feeling, and a smooth cream with richness are layered and topped with half strawberry. By improving the sponge's texture and increasing the acidity of the strawberry sauce, it has been changed to make it easier to eat even in the hot season. The price is 315 yen.
