Fresh cream specialty store "Milk" landed in Yokohama for the first time. It will open on June 23 as a special collaboration store of "Yokohama Spaghetti x MILK" on the B1F of Minato Mirai Tokyu Square.

What is "Milk", a store specializing in fresh cream?

Milk is a sweets specialty store with fresh cream as the main character. Fresh cream made from the milk of cows raised on grass in the vast pastures of the Neku district in Hokkaido is used.

An original blend of fresh cream with a different milk fat content. A rich taste and a refreshing aftertaste are realized.

Carefully soak in air for a soft and smooth finish when whipping. The finish is hand-whipped to adjust the texture, and it is finished in a good mouthfeel.
