"Iwashita Shinsei Ginger & Same Tempura", a collaboration menu of "Fuji Soba" and "Iwashita Shinsei Ginger", which are standing eating soba restaurants in the Tokyo metropolitan area, is now available. It is sold only at the Gakugei University Ekimae store and the Ueno store.

The original brand of Chinese Takahashi shark "Peach Shark", which was landed in Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture and strictly controlled for freshness, is used and sliced into shark meat that is high in protein, low in fat and has a soft and soft texture. Iwashita's new ginger is combined to make tempura.
