Meidai Fuji Soba announced on its official website that "Mini Umami Spicy Pork Bowl Set", "Mini Beni Ginger Tendon Set", and "Mini Negitama Bowl Set" will be available at each store from September 1. All are priced at 530 yen (tax included).

Mini umami spicy pork bowl set

The "Mini Umami Spicy Pork Bowl Set" comes with your choice of either hot or cold soba or udon noodles and a bowl of pork rice topped with sweet and spicy gochujang (red pepper paste). The sesame oil flavor is sure to whet your appetite, making it a perfect dish for the fall season.

Mini Beni Ginger Tendon Set

The "Mini Beni Ginger Tendon Set" consists of a bowl of rice topped with shredded, kakiage (deep-fried) red ginger. It is served with your choice of hot or cold soba or udon.

Mini Negitama Donburi Set

The "Mini Negitama Donburi Set" is a simple bowl of rice topped with tamago, yakumi negi, fried egg, and kanikama, served with your choice of one bowl of hot or cold soba or udon.
