The selling price is 868 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below). However, the price is different at some stores. Beef tongue is baked from raw meat in an iron pan in a short time, and the original taste of the meat is tightly confined, resulting in a moist and soft texture. Each one is large and is topped with a special green onion salt sauce with plenty of roasted onions, long onions and garlic, and chopped green onions.
