Summer limited sweets "Fred Dolce" are now available at the Kobe Kitano main store and official online shop of the long-established chocolate brand "Caffarel" from Turin, Italy. Some products will be on sale from May 25th at the official online shop. Other products will be released on June 8th.

"Fred Dolce" is a popular product that has been sold every year since 2016 for the summer only. Kafarel Kobe Kitano Main Store's exclusive pasticelle (confectionery craftsman) carefully bake moist chocolate dough, sandwich light texture mousse and finish it by hand one by one. Another feature is that you can enjoy two types of eating, mousse cream sandwich when cooled in the refrigerator and gelato sandwich when frozen in the freezer.

The flavors are as follows.

・ Gianduja
Gianduja chocolate mousse is sandwiched on a fluffy dough with Gianduja chocolate ganache, which is synonymous with caffarel. You can enjoy the fragrant and rich taste of hazelnuts.


・ Pistachio
The pistachio mousse called "Queen of Nuts" creates a deep taste. You can enjoy the crispy texture of carefully caramelized pistachios. The beautiful green color that is bright to the eyes is also attractive.


・ Raspberry
Sandwich the raspberry sauce with chocolate chips and raspberry cream with chocolate chips. Moderate acidity and sweetness match.


・ Bitter chocolate
Caffarel bitter chocolate ganache and carefully caramelized hazelnut-filled bitter chocolate mousse are sandwiched between dough. It's an irresistible combination for chocolate lovers.
