A "Canobre Gourmand" set containing "Gorgonzola Fig Nowa" and "Tree nuts, raisins and prosciutto" is available at a selling price of 3,600 yen (tax included). You can receive it by contact. In addition, it is said that it is not possible to make many because it is handmade.

"Gorgonzola Fig Nowa" is based on fresh butter, Gorgonzola Dolce (blue cheese), instant compote with dried figs dipped in red wine, raw walnuts kneaded, and a little bit of sugar added. The taste is finished with Guérande salt. One piece contains about 70g (2.47oz).


"Tree nuts, raisins and prosciutto" are roasted pressed barley, roasted almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and small, sweet raisins that have been quickly passed through cocoa liqueur and kneaded into the base of fermented butter and fresh butter. It is molded in 3 pieces and wrapped in salty Italian prosciutto that has been aged for 9 months, and the total content is about 80g (2.82oz).


The expiration date is 20 days from the time of manufacture. Freeze storage is required.
