FamilyMart "Karinto Taiyaki"

I tried the sweet hot snack "Karinto Taiyaki" from FamilyMart. The crispy, crispy, brown sugar-filled dough is in the shape of a sea bream (Thailand), and the tail is filled with red bean paste.

The selling price is 150 yen (tax included). Instead of the sweets corner, they are lined up in the hot snacks corner in front of the counter, which is the same as fried foods and yakitori. When you purchase it, you can put it in a "Famichiki" bag.

When you take it out of the bag, it's just Taiyaki. The color of the skin is a little dark, probably because it contains brown sugar, and it has a firm texture when touched. But when I put in a knife, the inside is soft and fluffy.

When I cut it, it was packed with rice cakes, and it seemed to be very satisfying to eat. A quick bite reveals that the outside is crispy and crispy, and the texture of the steamed bun becomes softer as you go to our house.

From the dough, a strong brown sugar scent spreads in the mouth, and the sushi that touches the tongue is smooth and heavy. I'm glad that the tail is tightly packed.

Kari-saku dough with brown sugar, koshigyo, what if, Taiyaki type "Karinto bun"?

The flavor of brown sugar, the crispy dough, and the texture of the sardines are all combined to create a taste reminiscent of the "Karinto Manju" that originated in Fukushima Prefecture. If you want to enjoy the taste easily, please try it.
