A new product "Caramel Chocolat Sandwich" was released on April 13th from the pastry shop "Baikal" in Kyoto.

This product is a cookie sandwich with a characteristic cacao fruit shape. Caramel is spread in fragrant ganache cream with Champagne brandy and sandwiched with cacao cookies with a refreshing texture.

When eating, it is recommended to take it out of the refrigerator 20 to 30 minutes before leaving it at room temperature. The cream inside has a softer and more moist texture, and you can feel the deliciousness of chocolate even more. It is a recommended product to accompany tea time and as a gift.
