Wei-Pa" is a seasoning that makes it easy to create authentic Chinese flavors at home. It can be used for fried rice, soups, and many other dishes.
However, Chinese food is not something you cook very often. It would be a waste to let it expire before you know it! In this issue, we will introduce a recipe for "Wei Pa German Potatoes" that is easy to consume and sure to satisfy.
Ajiha German Potato
Ingredients
3 potatoes1/2 onion
100 g bacon
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tbsp. wapar
Pepper and parsley to taste
Directions
Peel and cut potatoes into pieces, thinly slice onions, and cut bacon into strips.

Pre-boil potatoes in a microwave oven. Dip the potatoes in water, sprinkle lightly with salt, place in a heatproof container, cover with plastic wrap and cook for 7 to 8 minutes at 500W.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add pre-boiled potatoes, onion and bacon and saute.

When the onions begin to soften, throw in the wapers. Dissolve it with heat and toss it all together, then turn off the heat.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle with pepper and parsley to taste.

How does it taste?
The rich umami of the wapers is a perfect match for the hunky potatoes. The flavor of bacon and the sweetness of onions add even more depth and an addictive, rich taste.
The key point is that the surface thickens a little due to the wapers involved. The stickiness of the surface when it touches the tongue enhances the rich flavor of the wafer and creates a contrast with the chewy texture of the inside.

Surprisingly, there is no impression of Chinese style, just simply delicious German potatoes. It has an irresistible taste that makes you want to stop eating, and is a perfect snack for alcoholic beverages. If you haven't been using the wapers you have at home for a while, why not give them a try?
