Ingredients

3 potatoes
1/2 onion
100 g bacon
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon way parsley
pepper and parsley to taste

Directions

Peel and cut potatoes into chunks, slice onion into thin slices, and cut bacon into strips.



Pre-boil potatoes in a microwave oven. Dip the potatoes in water, sprinkle lightly with salt, place in a heatproof container, cover with plastic wrap, and cook for 7 to 8 minutes at 500W.


Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add pre-boiled potatoes, onions, and bacon, and saute.


When the onions begin to soften, add the wapers. Let it melt with the heat and toss it all together, then turn off the heat.



Serve on a plate and sprinkle pepper and parsley to taste.
