|Material ( For 2-3 people )|
|Sweet potato||1 bottle (about 250g)|
|Bacon slice||2 sheets|
|Waper (Miha)||5g (0.18oz)|
|egg yolk||1 piece|
Super horse "side dish sweet potato" seasoned with Miha (Waper)! I made "Sweet potato mochi" which is introduced on the official Waper fan site.
Waper is the decisive factor! Sweet potato mochi
material1 sweet potato (about 250g (8.82oz))
2 bacon slices Milk 1/2 cup waper (Miha) 5g (0.18oz)
1 egg yolk butter 15g (0.53oz)
Appropriate amount of parsley
How to makePreparation: Wrap the sweet potatoes and heat in a microwave oven at 500W for 5 minutes. When it becomes soft to the inside, peel it and mash it with a rolling pin or masher.
Warm the milk to about 40 ° C (104 ° F) and melt the waper (Miha).
Add crushed sweet potatoes and 1/2 egg yolk and mix well.
Divide into 4 to 8 equal parts and mold into a flat circle. It's easier to work with wraps.
Apply the remaining egg yolk to the surface of each piece and put the bacon cut into four pieces.
Melt butter in a frying pan and bake until both sides are browned.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with parsley to complete.
How does it taste?The outside is fragrant and the inside is soft. The recipe name is mochi, but the texture is similar to sweet potatoes.
However, because the umami and saltiness of Waper (Miha) and bacon are effective, it is more like a side dish than sweets. The balance of sweetness, saltiness, and richness is exquisite, and the taste is unstoppable despite its volume.
Not only for snacks, light meals, and snacks, but it's also delicious even when it's cold, so it's OK as a side dish for lunch! It is also recommended to make a large amount and freeze it.
