2 potatoes
70g (2.47oz) potato starch
salt as needed
sugar as needed
soy sauce as needed

Directions

Peel potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces, and boil in a pot of boiling water. Alternatively, you can steam them by wrapping them in plastic wrap and heating them in the microwave.

When the potatoes are soft, transfer them to a bowl and mash them with a pestle or wooden spoon while they are still hot.

When the heat of the potatoes is removed, mix in the salt and potato starch and knead well with your hands. When the mixture comes together, roll the potatoes into thick sticks and wrap them in plastic wrap. If it doesn't come together, add a little water.
