From the Otaru Western confectionery store LeTAO, the popular dessert "Light Snow" with a new recipe and even more delicious is on sale at the official online shop for a limited time. The price is 2,268 yen (tax included). The size is 12 cm in diameter. The sale period is until March 15th.

The popular "light snow" has been re-appeared with a new recipe. "White Chocolate Ganache", "White Chocolate Mousse", "Griot Cherry Jam", "Griot Cherry Fruit", "Baked Cheesecake", "Genoise" are combined.

Two types of white chocolate, Ghanaian and LeTAO original, give a deep milky feel. The sourness of baked cheesecake and griot cherries further enhances the taste of white chocolate. The light melt-in-the-mouth like spring snow, which disappears when you put it in your mouth, invites the next bite.
