Shojin ryō is a dish that is eaten in Buddhist training. It is characterized by the absence of animal foods (meat, fish, eggs, etc.) and five vines (gokun, odorous vegetables such as garlic and leeks) to avoid irritation to death and anxiety.

"Shojin Ramen Zendo Soy Sauce" was developed by inheriting this feature. The base is soy sauce soaked with the flavors of kelp and vegetables, and uses traditional food processing techniques such as fermentation and yeast. You can enjoy the nostalgic taste.

The ingredients are soybeans, which reproduce the taste and texture of the meat, and add volume to the meat, plus bok choy, carrots, and pumpkin. It brings out the umami of the dashi stock and gives it a gentle and soft impression. Also compatible with vegetarians and vegans.
