The chocolate jam of "Cacao 55 (containing 55% cacao)" has a good balance of bitterness, acidity and sweetness, and is characterized by a fruity flavor. While taking advantage of the rich cacao aroma and milk flavor, it is finished smoothly to match the bread.

On the other hand, the chocolate jam of "Cacao 73 (containing 73% cacao)" is characterized by the aroma of roasted cacao with reduced sweetness and heavy bitterness. You can enjoy the powerful and profound taste of cacao, the smoother mouthfeel and the sense of unity of bread.

It is recommended to apply plenty of chocolate jam to the bread and top it with fruits, marshmallows and nuts. Make a sweet sandwich if you like!
