"Valentine Parfait" will be on sale from February 1st to 14th at "Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe" in Shiseido Parlor in Ginza, Tokyo. A heart-filled parfait made of fruits and chocolate.


The theme of "Valentine Collection 2020" at Shiseido Parlor is "Valentine Step". After enjoying the city of Ginza with light steps, it is a parfait that you can relax and enjoy. The selling price is 2,200 yen (tax included).

The "Valentine Parfait" is filled with hearts such as fresh strawberries, chocolate, meringue, and coffee jelly, and is decorated with strawberry jelly containing pearl powder, which is reminiscent of jewels as a lucky charm.


Under the toppings, homemade ice cream rich in chocolate from France's "Valrhona" and shavet with a refreshing taste go well together. Nuts and chocolate chips are added to the strawberry sauce, which is accented with a refreshing acidity, making it a parfait that is particular about the enjoyment of the texture.
