The "Cacao Fruit Dessale", which is offered only during the Valentine's season, is the charm of "Cacao Fruit Chocolate" where you can enjoy the fruity sweetness and acidity of cacao by using "cacao pulp" and "cacao beans". A new special sweet created by Chef Takagi to let people know about.


A dish where you can fully experience the two charms of cacao: the fruity and fresh "cacao pulp" and the "cacao beans" that give you a rich and rich taste. The appearance is a cacao pod shape with an impact of about 20 cm, and the outer lid part is made of edible "cacao fruit chocolate".

When you open the lid, a white cream that resembles the flesh of cacao appears. Since cacao pulp juice is added to the fresh cream, the sweet and sour taste derived from cacao and the light texture can be felt.
