The Strawberry Dessert Fair "Silk de Phrase" will be held from December 26th to mid-May 2017 at the Marble Lounge on the 1st floor of Hilton Tokyo (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo).

The buffet table, where the merry-go-round and the Ferris wheel are displayed, has a lineup of about 30 kinds of gorgeous and pop desserts using plenty of strawberries. "Strawberry Shortcake" with circus tent-like decoration, "Strawberry Tiramisu" and "Strawberry Tiramisu", which are strawberry tarts with spilled strawberries, will be offered.

In the action corner, there is "Cold Marble Ice Cream" where you can enjoy 6 types of ice cream with cookies and fresh strawberries. In addition, there will be a red and dark chocolate fountain and "Circus Time!", Where you can eat tablet chocolate with pistachios and semi-dried strawberries while breaking it with a hammer.

In addition to desserts, light meals such as sandwiches and pasta are also available on a daily basis. It's perfect for an elegant tea time or a late lunch.
