"My Heart Tart from Yamanashi Prefecture" at some Kirfebon stores

The new cake "Yamanashi Prefecture" My Heart "Tart" is on sale from September 7th to the end of September at some Kirfebon stores. The price is 936 yen per piece and 9,363 yen for the hall (25 cm), both including tax.

A very rare grape tart called "My Heart" developed at the Shimura Grape Research Institute in Yamanashi Prefecture. This grape is difficult to cultivate, and the harvest time is short and the amount of grapes that can be harvested is small, so it was difficult to purchase, but this year it is now available in limited quantities.

My Heart is a variety made by crossing grapes called "Shine Muscat" and "Wink". It inherits the good points of each, and it has a high sugar content, a crispy skin, and a fragrant grape. And the best feature is that the fruit is in the shape of a "heart"!
