At Kirfebon, the first project "My Tart" was held to commercialize the tart devised by the staff working at the store. This time, a tart using peaches from Fukushima prefecture devised by the staff of the Sendai store will be commercialized. It seems that the wish for the reconstruction of Tohoku is also included.


This tart, which won first place in the competition, can be enjoyed at the same time with yogurt mousse with a soft honey scent and two colors of peaches, white peach and yellow peach, which are beautifully decorated like roses.


In addition, "Plum and Apricot Tart" is also on sale for a limited time from September 1st to 30th. Almond cream with plums and sweet and sour apricots are lined up and baked. The crispy crumble scattered on the top accents the texture. Of course, as it is, it is a baked tart, so you can enjoy it even if you warm it.
