So, I'm going to look for Doria, which I haven't noticed but has a high cost performance, at 6 major family restaurants other than Saizeriya! Is it possible to excavate Doria that is as good as Milan-style Doria?

First of all, I will eat Jonathan's Doria this time. The official name is "Doria, where you can eat a day's worth of green and yellow vegetables." It is lined up as a light meal menu, and the price is 799 yen (excluding tax), which is higher than Saizeriya.


Freshly baked doria was brought in. Pumpkin, broccoli, tomatoes and spinach are scattered all over. When you dig with a spoon, you can see yellow rice with plenty of white sauce. Minced meat sauce is also topped in the center.




The thick white sauce is creamy and rich, and the mellow sweetness of milk wraps your tongue. good…! The sweet and spicy minced meat sauce also complements this. Here, the crispy spinach and broccoli bluishness, the pumpkin's fluffy sweetness, and the juicy tomato's sweetness change the taste. There are a lot of vegetables (especially pumpkin), so it's quite satisfying!


The taste is delicious, you can eat vegetables in your stomach, and it's a good dish, but when you compare it with the price, hmm ... is it "reasonable" in terms of cost performance? It's not particularly cheap, but it has a lot of ingredients, and I got the impression that it was a reasonable price to eat.

Unfortunately, it doesn't exceed Saizeriya's cospa ... However, it's a Doria that will satisfy your stomach and soul with a change for 1,000 yen, so it's a dish that I would like to recommend to health-conscious people. Doria is a hassle to make by yourself, and I think this price is worth paying for this deliciousness.
