"Chef Kihachi Kumagai Supervised Grilled Peach and Rum Cake" released on May 28 is a combination of peaches that have been baked to remove excess water and caramel sauce made with rum. It's a dish that balances the bitterness of rum and the sweetness of caramel sauce. The price is 380 yen (tax included, same below).

"Amanatsu Bavarian Cream Supervised by Chef Kihachi Kumagai" is a yogurt-flavored orange bavarois topped with a sauce made from passion fruit juice. It's a refreshing taste that you can enjoy the sourness of bavarois and the moderate bitterness of sweet summer. The price is 500 yen. The sale period is June 7th to 9th and 21st to 23rd.

"Matcha panna cotta wrapped in fertilizer supervised by Chef Kihachi Kumagai-with green bean sauce-" is made by wrapping matcha panna cotta with green bean sauce in a chewy fertilizer and topped with black beans and gold foil.
