Okinawa Confectionery Shop Jimmy

Jimmy's is one of the most famous confectionery stores in Okinawa. There is also a store at Naha Airport, and Jimmy's sweets are popular Okinawa souvenirs.

We got our hands on some "muffins" from Jimmy's, so let us introduce them to you! While there are various flavors such as plain, coconut, and red sweet potato, I tried the banana and chocolate chip this time. They look like simple foreign muffins and are a big favorite of our editorial staff.

Jimmy Banana Muffin

A hearty muffin baked with bananas kneaded into the batter. Topped with crushed walnuts.

Jimmy Chocolate Chip Muffin

These muffins are made with chocolate kneaded dough and topped with lots of chocolate chips. It has a soft cocoa aroma.


When you bite into it, it melts on your tongue, and the rich flavor of bitter chocolate spreads out. The chocolate is all over the place, with a hint of saltiness to tighten up the flavor.


Both are delicious, but I personally recommend the banana one. Lightly toasting the bananas will make them fluffier, fluffier, and stickier, and the banana aroma will be even better!
