The croissant muffins, which are baked by wrapping the muffin dough in croissant dough, have a crisp texture when bitten and have a fluffy mouthfeel. The more you chew, the more moisturized it becomes, and the umami of butter slowly melts away.
Caramel banana is a banana muffin wrapped in croissant dough. The top is coated with Tron and a rich caramel jelly. The pistachio topping is vivid.
When you eat it, the caramel jelly rolls smoothly on your tongue, claiming its aroma and sweetness. Combined with the sweetness of bananas, it has a taste that is typical of American sweets!
