"Golden Bonbon Almond Nougat" purchased at KALDI Coffee Farm. It is a sweet made by combining the traditional Italian sweet "Trone" with the blessings of Canada's nature.

It is made by a traditional method of mixing carefully selected almonds with Alberta clover honey, corn syrup, sugar and egg whites. Flavors with berries and maple syrup are also available.
