Serie Exquisites Cannoulet is a frozen version of the traditional French pastry "canelé". It is characterized by the crispy texture of the thin layer of caramel on the surface and the firm texture of the dough.

To eat, thaw naturally or heat in a microwave oven while frozen. The standard microwave heating time is 50 seconds at 500W. When heating, remove from package and transfer to a heatproof dish and cover with plastic wrap.
