KALDI "baklava" "roll baklava"

A real food review of "baklava" and "roll baklava" sold at KALDI Coffee Farm.

Baklava is a sweet candy that is popular in the Middle East, Central Asia, the Mediterranean region, Azerbaijan, Turkey, etc. It is baked with nuts sandwiched between thin-skinned dough and sprinkled with syrup.

This time, I found two kinds of standard "baklava" with layers and "roll baklava" with dough. The country of origin was North Macedonia, and the price was 398 yen (tax included) with 200g (7.05oz).

The honey-stained dough slips past the moist. When you eat it, you will feel a strong sweetness and a firm texture. As you chew, the aroma and richness of nuts are added to make it richer. In addition to the throat-burning sweetness, it is completely sweet with vanilla flavor, and you can fully enjoy the exotic taste. Black coffee is a must!

I wondered if the sand type and the roll type had different sensations, but it was just sweet and not so much. The difference in shape was drowned out by an overwhelming amount of syrup. However, cinnamon is used instead of vanilla, and the spicy scent is a nice accent. Both are sweets that people choose, but is this easier to get used to? I think people who like cinnabon will like it.

Baklava with a lot of exotic sweetness. Because it is too sweet, I feel like eating it little by little, so it may be a good snack with a good cost performance.
