Sukiya's "Caesar Lettuce Gyudon"
Resurrection

Sukiya's "Caesar lettuce beef bowl" was revived for a limited time, so I ate it. The crispness of lettuce exceeds expectations. It was a cup that went well with the sweet and sour seasoned beef.

A very salady cup

The price is 500 yen (tax included). On top of the usual beef bowl, lettuce with bright green and red peppers are scattered in various colors. It looks refreshing.

Besides grated cheese, there is cheese in the sauce

There is also a dressing-style sauce with three types of cheese, red cheddar, gorgonzola, and parmesan, and black pepper and bacon.

The crispy feeling exceeds expectations. It goes well with beef. You can eat it with chopsticks

You can use the chopsticks provided on the table, but it comes with a spoon, so it's fun to eat here. When you scoop it up and bring it to your mouth, the lettuce has a very nice texture. To be honest, I was expecting it to have a slightly softer texture, but every time I chewed it, it made a rather creepy sound, so I was surprised to hear it.

If you scoop it up with a spoon and eat it, you can easily enjoy the three layers of raw vegetables, meat, and rice.

The dressing-style sauce has a Caesar salad-like aroma, but the flavor that spreads on the tongue is soft, and it fits very well with the sweet and sour flavor of beef and onions. You can enjoy the difference between the three layers of raw vegetables, stewed meat, and rice by putting them in your mouth and chewing them.

However, when I move the spoon involuntarily for a while, the existence of voluminous rice is clearly insisted, and even if it looks like a green salad, I can tell that it is a beef bowl. It seems to be a refreshing menu, and after all it is a solid menu. It's perfect when you feel like eating all the vegetables, meat, and rice.
