"Refreshing salted grated tofu" is on sale from May 14th at each Gyudon chain Matsuya store (excluding some stores).

The menu was sold last year (2018) and was well received. It is finished with salt sauce and grated radish on tofu. You can change the "rice (normal)" of various set meals (including morning set meals) to this for 50 yen. Recommended for those who care about sugar and calories. In addition, it costs 210 yen for a single item of "fresh salted grated tofu".
