"Soy vegetable hamburgers" that use soy patties instead of meat will be on sale for a limited time from May 9th to the end of July at each Lotteria store (except for some).

It is said that sales have been decided as the dietary style of using vegetable ingredients for protein spreads around the world and soybeans are attracting attention as a protein source in Japan due to health consciousness.

Lotteria's newly developed soy patties are used for the soy vegetable hamburger. The material is soybeans that are fluffy and crushed. It has a beef patty-like texture, and by adding spices such as onions, cumin, nutmeg, and garlic, you can enjoy a full-fledged flavor with a rich fragrance.

In addition, 50% calorie cut non-cholesterol mayonnaise dressing and ketchup are used, and the total calorie is about 260 kcal per item, which is equivalent to one set of rice, and the set is suppressed to about 352 kcal or more.

The selling price is 390 yen (tax included, same below), and 780 yen as a set with "Caesar Salad" and "Drink M".

It is not available at Saitama Super Arena store, Ueno Park Lueno FS store, Hakkeijima Seaside Oasis store, and ZOZO Marine Stadium store.
