"Sakura Sweets Fair" will be held from March 15th at each Fujiya pastry shop. Four kinds of cakes for a limited time to taste "Sakura" are now available.
"Sakura Hanami Roll" is a roll cake made by wrapping milk chanterie cream and whole strawberries with a pink sponge and combining them with cherry-flavored cream. On the top surface, a decorative squeeze that looks like a petal is topped with salted cherry blossoms. The price is 410 yen (tax included, same below).
"Sakura cherry blossom viewing roll (L)" is a "hole size" roll cake with a length of 147 mm. It is a size that can be shared with family and friends. The price is 1,600 yen.
"Sakura no Fuwari Verrine" is a cup dessert made by layering strawberry jelly and mascarpone mousse with red bean paste and chantery cream and decorating with salted cherry blossoms. You can enjoy the fluffy texture and the elegant cherry blossom flavor. The price is 398 yen.
"Sakura Cream Mont Blanc" is a spring-like Mont Blanc that is made by layering a light type custard cream and white bean paste on a matcha sponge cake and decorating it with pink cherry cream and salted cherry blossoms. The price is 398 yen.
