Biscuit | 3-5 sheets |
Here's a simple recipe for an "ice cake" that you can make just by shaking a milk carton. It's fun to pretend with family and friends!
● Materials
1 pack of fresh cream About 5 strawberries Yellow peach (can of thigh) 2-3 tablespoons of sugar 1-2 tablespoons3-5 biscuits
Fruit is your choice. As a container, use a 500 ml milk carton that has been washed and dried. Easy to wash!
● How to make
Put fresh cream and sugar in a milk carton, close your mouth tightly and shake well.Cut the strawberries and yellow peaches into cubes, crush the biscuits to a suitable size, add to the milk carton, and shake about 10 more times. It's OK if the chapping sound changes to a tapping sound and the cream inside is thick.
Tape the mouth of the milk carton and tap the bottom against the table to remove the air. Cool and harden in the freezer for 5 to 6 hours.
Cut the milk carton with a kitchen knife and serve it in a bowl to complete it!
● What is the taste?
Sweet and sour strawberries and yellow peaches add accents to the mellow richness and sweet ice cream. The moist and fragrant biscuits play the role of a sponge in the cake. It produces a good taste of salted plums. It ’s delicious! If you add a lot of fruit, the texture will be similar to that of sorbet, and if you add less, you will get a smoother ice cream. If it's cold and hard, leave it at room temperature for a while, and when it melts a little, it's ready to eat.
Adjust the amount of sugar and biscuits to your liking. Also, if you don't have fruits such as strawberries, you can add jam. Personally, I recommend making a lot of biscuits because it makes the ice cream "cake" look delicious!
