Introducing "Apple Oyaki" made with hot cake mix! It's delicious with a crispy and chewy texture like Western confectionery like Japanese confectionery. Please use it as a recipe for consuming apples that are left halfway through for cooking and making sweets.

75g (2.65oz) sugar
1 tablespoon of salad oil
● How to make
Cut the apples into 5 to 7 mm thick pieces and put them in a heat-resistant bowl. Sprinkle with sugar, wrap and heat in a 500W microwave for about 5 minutes. When the apples have cooled, squeeze the juice and divide into 3 to 6 equal parts (according to the size you like).
In a separate bowl, add the pancake mix, 4 and 1/2 tablespoons of water (not included), and vegetable oil and knead well. After kneading, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
Divide the kneaded dough into 3 to 6 equal parts, roll them, wrap them and let them rest for about 5 minutes. After resting, roll it flat with a rolling pin, put an apple filling on it, and wrap it flat.
Spread oil (outside the amount) on a frying pan and bake the dough. When one side is browned, turn it over, cover it and cook it over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes to complete it! If there is a part that is not baked enough, you can cover it with aluminum foil and bake it in a toaster for 5 to 10 minutes. The firepower is a little weak.
● What is the taste?
The dough is crispy when chewed, and fluffy when chewed. It tastes like a hot biscuit that is fragrant and slightly sweet. The sweet and sour apple filling is also juicy and refreshing!Besides apples, you can also wrap bean paste, chocolate, cream cheese, jam, etc. Arranged snacks with a little extra effort on the pancake mix, try it in your spare time.
