This is a commercialized recipe of "Keisei School" in Kumamoto Prefecture, which won the 11th "Sweets Koshien" tournament, which decides the number one pastry chef for high school students. Uses Kumamoto citrus "late citrus" juice and peel. A refreshing sour milk cream is combined.

・ Anmochi tart (using Hokkaido red beans) 195 yen


A tart made by layering mochi paste on anko cream, which is a combination of Hokkaido azuki bean paste and cream. You can enjoy the sweet and fluffy cream and the thick texture of the mochi paste.

・ Chocolate cream puff 180 yen


Cream puff filled with cream with bitter chocolate. The choux pastry is finished with a chocolate coating.

・ Uchi Cafe Biscuit Sand Uji Matcha 75ml (2.54us fl oz) 230 yen


Ice cream made with Uji matcha sandwiched with whole grain biscuits containing sesame seeds and sesame seeds. Matcha ice cream is mixed with a sheet made from Hokkaido azuki beans.
