At each of the pancake specialty stores "Happy Pancakes" (excluding some stores), a seasonal special menu "Domestic Strawberry Strawberry Cheese Fondue Pancakes" will be released on February 1st. The sale period is until spring when domestic strawberries are available. The price is 1,480 yen (tax included).
This is a pancake made from high quality strawberries that are available in season, roasted pistachios and grated raw lemon zest just before. It seems to be finished with a fresh scent and an elegant taste.
