This is a brownie made using a microwave oven. You can make a brownie for one 16.5 cm square. The set includes 100g (3.53oz) of brownie mix, 15g (0.53oz) of trio mixed nuts, 1 deco pen white, and 1 baking mold.

First, put the butter in a microwave-compatible container, wrap it, and heat it in a 500W (or 600W) microwave oven for 10 to 20 seconds to melt it. Also, chop the trio mixed nuts into small pieces for decoration, roast them on low heat while shaking the frying pan until they are lightly colored, and spread the baking mold.

■ How to make

1. Add loosened eggs, melted butter, milk and mixed powder to a bowl and mix with a whisk for about 1 minute until smooth.


2. Pour it into a mold and lightly drop it 3 times from a height of about 10 cm to bleed the air.


3. Place it in the center of the microwave without wrapping it and heat it. The standard heating time is about 4 minutes for 500W and about 3 minutes and 50 seconds for 600W.


4. Stick a bamboo skewer and if it doesn't come with wet dough, it's OK (even if the surface is slightly wet, it dries while it cools). If the heat is not enough, heat it for 10 seconds each.


5. Place it on a net and remove it from the mold when the dough has cooled completely. Peel off the four corners of the mold, place a cutting board on the brownie, and turn it over. Peel off the shoulders from the four corners little by little so that the bottom of the fabric does not collapse. When everything is peeled off, put the peeled baking mold on it and turn it over again to return the brownie to the state where it is on the baking mold. Cut off the end of the brownie with a knife and cut it to the size you like.


6. Put hot water at 40-50 ℃ in a bowl and attach a deco pen. When the chocolate is soft, take it out, wrap it in a towel and rub it well. Thread the pen tip with your finger, first draw a line with about half the amount, and top the roasted nuts on the line before it dries. Put the rest of the deco pen on the nuts and when the chocolate is completely solidified, it's done!

A moist brownie that gently spreads the richness and flavor of chocolate. The texture and aroma of the nuts are also a good accent. It's easy to do just by renting, so it's recommended for people who don't have an oven at home or for beginners making sweets!
