Yamazaki "Mini Snack Gold" renewal

Yamazaki Baking's long-selling sweet bread "Mini Snack Gold" was renewed on January 1st. In addition, it will be sold in a special package commemorating the 50th anniversary of its birth.

Introduced in 1968, Mini Snack Gold is a sweet bread made by rolling icing on a Danish pastry that is rolled up in a whirlpool shape. A perfect balance between the crisp and light texture of Danish pastry and the sweetness of icing. This simple taste, lively appearance, and voluminous feeling of eating have been loved for many years.

In this renewal, by using "Luvin" for the bread dough, the fragrant flavor and crispness are improved. Levin means "fermented seed" in French, and it is said that the fermentation action of lactic acid bacteria and yeast has the effect of bringing out the original flavor and umami of wheat.

The special package is a gorgeous design like New Year in red and white. Limited time until late January.
