This is a double pudding of the popular sweet "Smooth Purin Parfait" (330 yen including tax). Using only the yolk of the special egg "Egroyale", the amount of cream cheese with a secret flavor has been increased from last year (2017). In addition, it is finished with the addition of newly fermented butter from France.
