Tsukiji Gindaco New "Scorched Soy Sauce Mochi Cheese Meita"

At each Tsukiji Gindaco store, the new "Scorched Soy Sauce Mochi Cheese Meita" will be released on December 8th (excluding some stores). 8 pieces per boat, price is 700 yen (tax included).

A new product that is a more delicious and luxurious finish of the popular "Mochi Cheese Meita" last year (2017 yen). "Scorched soy sauce sauce" using two-stage soy sauce adds depth and aroma to the taste.

The topping uses a special manufacturing method, "non-hardening mochi sauce," which was selected as 10 products from over 1,000 products at the "Food Action Nippon Award 2018" sponsored by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. Furthermore, it is finished with two kinds of cheese, mozzarella and parmesan, menta mayonnaise, and dried Hakata mentaiko.
