Tsukiji Gindaco will release a new work "Yuzupon Grated" on April 30th. 700 yen (tax included) for 8 boats.

The luxurious green onion series, "seasonal" and "Yuzupon grated", are the seasonal "luxury green onion series", and are topped with two types of green onions, "Kujo green onion (scent) and white onion (flavor)". This is a menu that you can enjoy by entwining a lot of the special "Yuzupon vinegar" and "Grated green onion" made with domestic yuzu (Kitakawa village, Kochi prefecture). Enjoy the flavor of green onions and the umami of yuzu ponzu, and the refreshing aftertaste makes chopsticks unstoppable, making it a perfect gem for this season.
