This is a mild and spicy curry that uses plenty of seasonal summer vegetables and is combined with nutritious five-grain rice. Savory fried pumpkin, eggplant, peppers and paprika are used.
The set comes with "Moroheiya's ginger soup," which uses the nutritious summer vegetable Moroheiya, and "Pine and lemon jelly," which is a petit dessert with a refreshing and plump texture.
