This is a cake made by layering chocolate ganache, chocolate whipped cream, and pure white whipped cream on brownie dough. A chocolate marble pattern is drawn on the top.

The whipped cream above is fluffy, light and creamy. On the other hand, the chocolate whipped cream underneath it has a chewy and dense texture. It's fun to feel the difference in texture with just the cream!

Ganache is between the cream and the brownie. Rich and sticky like raw chocolate. The richness and sweetness of cacao mixes with the cream and spreads throughout your mouth.

The brownie that is the foundation adds a response to eating. I thought it was heavy, but there was a gap that could be loosened in the mouth. It has a mellow upper layer and a well-balanced bitter taste.
Moderately bitter
It's hard to reach for rich chocolate in summer, but you should be able to enjoy it lightly while being satisfied. It goes well with not only iced coffee but also rich Frappuccino!
