Morning soba is a menu with hot spring eggs where you can choose soba noodles, hot or cold, and fox katanuki. The price is 320 yen (tax included) each.
This time, I ordered "Soba", "Cold" and "Raccoon dog". It is topped with wakame seaweed, green onions, fried balls, and hot spring eggs.
With chilled tanuki soba and hot spring egg
Every time you squeeze it vigorously, the soba flavor will come off softly. It has a firm and chewy texture, and the cool and cold throat is the best! The crunchy texture of the wakame seaweed is also nice.

The fried balls are crispy at the beginning, and the latter half is soft and soft with soup. The happiness of entwining the soba with the richness of the oil, along with the yolk of the hot spring egg that melts mellowly, with the soba noodles.
