Shiro Noir in early summer
At each Komeda coffee shop, the seasonal Shiro Noir "Shiro Noir Sayaka" will be released on June 1st (excluding some stores). The regular size is 800 yen, and the mini size is 550 yen (tax included, prices vary at some stores).
This is Shiro Noir, which is perfect for early summer with yogurt-flavored cream sandwiched between hot Danish pastries. The thick flesh is gorgeously finished with a nice mango sauce.
The flesh is thick
The yogurt-flavored cream with moderate acidity and the richly sweet mango go well together. It's not too sweet and has a refreshing taste that is easy to eat even in hot weather.
