The summer grand menu will be on sale from May 23 at each Sushiro store (excluding some stores). The lineup includes sushi created by tomatoes and basil, and new sweets from the Sushiro Cafe Club.

● Tomato basil series


Topped with fresh summer vegetables and fragrant basil sauce. Sushi finished in Italian style.


"Raw salmon tomato basil" (180 yen, tax not included, same below), "red shrimp tomato basil" (100 yen), "eggplant tomato basil" (100 yen), etc. will be developed. The tomatoes and basil are refreshing, and you can enjoy the refreshing taste of summer.

● Bukkake curry udon


The side menu "Bukkake Curry Udon" (330 yen), which is a combination of curry with vegetables and fruits mixed with chewy udon, is now available. The richly entwined authentic special curry roux is said to be appetizing even in the hot summer.

● Condensed milk shaved ice parfait
The "Condensed milk shaved ice parfait" series (280 yen each) is newly introduced from the Sushiro Cafe club. A shaved ice parfait made by mixing plenty of condensed milk with pure ice to make "condensed milk granita".


The lineup includes three types of "condensed milk shaved ice strawberry" and "condensed milk shaved ice mango", which are a combination of fruit syrup, ice, and pulp, and "condensed milk shaved ice soda", which was developed with particular attention to the melting of ramune.
