"Melon Shortcake (Ibaraki Prefecture Melon Topping)" is a shortcake made by sandwiching melon sauce with a soft sponge and topped with Ibaraki Prefecture melon topping. It is decorated with a blended cream using Hokkaido cream. The price is 395 yen (tax included, same below).


"Uji Matcha Cream Puff" is a cream puff made from Uji Matcha from the Tsuji Riichi main store. Contains fragrant and smooth matcha cream. The choux pastry is coated with white chocolate and topped with matcha powder. The price is 150 yen.


"Uji Matcha and Milk's chewy raw dorayaki" is a chewy dorayaki dorayaki with two layers of matcha paste and milk cream sandwiched between them. Matcha paste is a combination of home-cooked custard, Uji matcha sauce, and whipped cream. On the other hand, milk cream is a blend of Hokkaido cream. The price is 165 yen.


"Fluffy waffle (custard & whipped cream)" is a whipped cream that is a blend of custard cream with vanilla beans from Madagascar and cream from Hokkaido, sandwiched between fluffy dough. The price is 140 yen.


"13 smooth cream petit puffs" is a petit-sized cream puff filled with cream that has a smooth mouthfeel. A rich, home-cooked custard blended with Hokkaido cream and Madagascar vanilla beans. The price is 300 yen.
