Matsuya's "Founding Beef Curry" is a popular curry with a mild, fruity and spicy flavor made by simmering a generous amount of beef belly until it is melt-in-your-mouth tender, and was created with the hope that people would enjoy a curry that is a grade higher.

Previously sold as "Original Curry," the "Founding Beef Curry" will be available as Matsuya's standard curry from December 2019, and is now "Mild & Fruity" than before, while maintaining the spicy flavor.
