"Azuma Odori Parfait" is a parfait that expresses the Japanese atmosphere of Azuma Odori using the matcha "Kiri no Oto" produced in Shizuoka Prefecture. Sherbet and ice cream that you can enjoy the refreshing taste of tea, traditional vanilla ice cream with kinako warabi mochi, shiratama, and fruits are added to create a rich texture and color. "Shimbashi-colored ice cream soda" is a soda that expresses the color tone called "Shimbashi-color" because the geisha of Shimbashi liked the blue-green kimono in the latter half of the Meiji era.
