The Kyoto / Osaka edition is "Dashimaki Egg Onigiri". We are arranging the popular "dashi roll" in Kansai. The dashi roll uses bonito from Yaizu and Rishiri kelp from Hokkaido to bring out the flavor of the dashi stock. The bonito flakes are sandwiched between the dashi roll and the soy sauce-flavored rice to make it easy to eat. The price is 158 yen.
